Go Red for Women

Event Program

Event Information

Life is why Cedar Valley's Go Red for Women encourages you to join us!

Your efforts and support can change how heart and brain health affects your life and the life of your loved ones. It's your life and Life is why.

Join the Go Red for Women movement today! The Cedar Valley Go Red For Women event is the area's premier women's event focusing on cardiovascular health. This afternoon of inspiration and networking is an opportunity for women from all over the Cedar Valley community to receive life-changing information, resources and hope to prevent or survive the NO. 1 and No. 5 killers of women - heart disease and stroke. It is the cornerstone of the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women movement - the movement changing the lives of women in this country.

This year’s theme is Hats & Hearts.

We all wear different hats. We want to ensure that Recognizing the Signs and Symptoms, Healthy Diet, Healthy Exercise, and Stress Management hats are not only in every women’s collection but that they wear these hats on a regular basis!
